However, I will muscle test first to confirm, in what order and if this good for your body.

This is a beautiful blended treatment. A combination of all therapies I do, led by what your body needs. Every time is unique.

If you do indicate for Spinal Flow and haven’t had that before, then some time in the treatment will be taken to access and inform you about it. Ideally you will have had Spinal Flow before. Some people do not indicate for Spinal Flow.

To have this you will need to have had initial spinal flow consultation.

For your first spinal flow treatment we do an initial postural assessment and have in depth in-take process. This is free.

Then you will have your first spinal flow treatment which is 20-25 min on the table.

You will need to have had a standalone spinal flow treatment before booking this.

While the singing bowls will relax you deeply into a delta, theta brain wave state and physically calm to an almost cellular level, the spinal flow works to help regulate your central nervous system.

Many clients come off the table with what I call “sparkly eyes.”

Sublimely gentle, with massive effectiveness. This is a solid rebooked treatment.

This combination is amazing!

The Spinal Flow enhances whatever treatment has been done in the massage. Think of the massage as the external treatment and spinal flow as the internal treatment for the central nervous system.

Clients keep coming back for this combo over and over again.

In a session it can be around 25-30min massage. Remedial in areas where required, which can be a combo of trigger point, cupping, myofascial release etc. Then with the time left 20-25min of Spinal Flow.
